Brown Middle School Students Create Scarecrows for Downtown Ravenna

Oct 18, 2021

Brown Middle School classes recently created scarecrows for Ravenna’s Second Annual Downtown Scarecrow contest sponsored by the Ravenna Chamber of Commerce, Leeda Northeast, and It’s All Fine Consignment. They started with a scarecrow framework kit and used their imaginations to design their own unique scarecrows. The scarecrows will be on display downtown from October 8th through October 31st and winners will be announced on November 2nd on Facebook Live. The contest was open to the community as a fun family friendly way to celebrate fall.
