Congratulations to teacher Amy Miller who wrote a grant to receive hand puppets along with other items for her classroom. The puppets will be used to help her students better understand the Mandarin Chinese language and culture. The grant was provided by Friends Office, a company who rewards innovative teaching and education. Mrs. Miller wrote a compelling essay for the grant and described how the puppets could help students to better understand the language. We are so proud of Mrs. Miller for going above and beyond to provide opportunities for our Ravenna students.
