Service Learning/S.A.D.D. Sends Message – DON’T TEXT AND DRIVE

Oct 14, 2021

Ravenna High School Service Learning/S.A.D.D is participating in the Ravenna Community Scarecrow Contest sponsored by Leeda Northeast.

Recognizing that texting and driving is one of the scariest things a person can do, and that distracted driving is the #1 cause of preventable deaths in teenagers; students chose to create their scarecrow as the Grim Reaper surrounded by tombstones that have the actual last texts of drivers before they lost their lives in a distracted driving crash.  Service Learning/S.A.D.D begs that you DON’T TEXT AND DRIVE.
