Diane Novotny of The Ohio Pork Council came into the Family and Consumer Sciences Department recently to teach the Introduction to Cooking classe about pork farming and making a meal on a budget. She taught the Advanced Cooking students how to make marinated pork chops and the Regional and Global Cuisine class how to make pork fried rice. Sounds delicious!
