West Park Is A Title I School

This means Title I provides funding for districts with a high percentage of low income families. West Park uses Title I funds to pay teacher salaries to reduce class size. Title I funds are also used as parent involvement money, funding instructional supplies used for parent/family nights. School-Parent Compact promotes the partnership that helps students achieve Ohio’s high standards.

Ravenna Schools Shaped Our Future Travis states, “RHS science classes gave me a real love of science and investigation that led me to my career.” Leah adds, “Mr. Kekic challenged me, taught me the importance of working hard. I’m working on my master’s degree now, and still think of him every time I write a paper.” Thanks Ravenna Travis is grateful for the Ravenna Schools Wichterman Trust Fund for helping him complete medical school. Leah credits our schools for her lifelong love of learning. Their enthusiasm for Ravenna schools continues today as parents of young Ravens Jonah and Cora.
