Principal’s Message

Welcome to Willyard Elementary!

 

Thank you for taking the time to check our website for news and updates.  We will continuously post items here along with our Facebook page.  Please feel free to “Like Us” to keep up with the latest happenings at Willyard.  We also use Class Dojo for positive behavior monitoring, classroom news, and also direct messaging to your child’s teacher.

 

My name is Mr. Kuzior and I am very excited to be in this position to help guide you through the education process and also help your child reach their highest potential.  We have a great group of teachers and staff members that will work with your child, each and every day.

 

I want to encourage you to join our PTO, volunteer in our classrooms, and attend some of the after-school events we will be hosting this school year.  Parental support is one of the most influential things in the lives of our students.  If you have any questions about these different events or if you’d like to help the school in any way, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
 
 
Our building consists of 1st and 2nd grade students and we utilize a great system referred to as PBIS, or Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. Using the positive and focusing on the correct way to do things, this allows our students to succeed and also be rewarded for their efforts. Our goal is to have a positive learning experience here at Willyard that will begin an amazing journey through the Ravenna School District.
