Food Prices
We are thrilled to announce that Ravenna School District will again be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2024-2025 school year. The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) is a non-pricing meal service option for schools and school districts in low-income areas. All students are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at no cost to the family or district.
What Does This Mean for Your Child?
- Free Meals for All: Every student, regardless of household income, can enjoy nutritious and delicious meals at no cost. Packers are also welcome to a meal to supplement the lunch brought from home.
- High-Quality Standards: Our meals will continue to meet the USDA nutritional guidelines, ensuring your child gets balanced and healthy options every day.
- Convenience and Savings: Families will save both time and money without the need to pack lunches or pay for school meals.
Why CEP is Beneficial:
- Accessibility: Ensures that all students have access to healthy meals, promoting better focus and learning in the classroom.
- Inclusivity: No child will go hungry or feel different based on their ability to pay for school meals.
- Community Strength: This program fosters a stronger, healthier school community where every student can thrive.

Online payment system: Despite the free lunches, a student can still pay for optional lunch items such as ala carte (middle and high school), milk, etc. You will be able to put money on your child’s meal account over the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
