Kindergarten Registration

Welcome Letters and Supply Lists / Kindergarten

Children, who will be five-years old on or before August 1st of the coming school year can be registered for kindergarten starting March 15.

Current Preschool Students

Parents/Guardians who currently have students enrolled in the Ravenna School District Preschool Program and would like to register for Kindergarten will need to update FINAL FORMS for the upcoming school and year and provide any missing required documents.

New to Ravenna School District

If your child is not currently attending our Preschool Program, please follow the standard procedures for Kindergarten registration. You may register your child online for the upcoming school year electronically through FINAL FORMS.

All sections of the online registration application and required documents must be complete and submitted for the application to be processed, and your child enrolled.

Please follow these easy steps for online registration:

1. • Please click here to complete your online registration.
   • Once you are logged into Final Forms, please follow the steps and upload all of the Registration Requirements listed to complete your online registration.
   • How do I upload a document?
     1. Log in, and go to your My Students page.
     2. Click (Folder) in your student’s row.
     3. Use the popup box to upload a document

• NOTE: Upon initiating the online registration process, you will need to have all required documents accessible and ready to be scanned.
• The following Registration Requirements are needed to fully register your child:
  1. Proof of Residency (The residency documents must be in the name of the parent/guardian) Please provide BOTH
     Your rental or purchase agreement or mortgage statement
     AND
     Your most recent utility bill (gas or electric)
     (We CANNOT accept driver’s license, check, credit cards or regular mail for proof of residency)
  2. Your child’s Birth Certificate/Birth Record
  3. Your child’s Immunization Record
     
  4. Complete Custody Papers (if applicable)
     1. Must have court stamp
     2. Must state the residential parent
     3. Must have signature page

For all new Kindergarten students, letters will be sent to the new students’ families the first week in August.  They will contain information about the child’s assigned teacher and bus schedule.
