FinalForms Parent Support
This data management system will help our staff, students, and their families reduce the burden of yearly paperwork and record keeping for many of the forms that we normally send home for completion. Final Forms is easy to use and should help you save time while helping the district improve the accuracy of our records. Once we have recorded your information into the Final Forms system, you will only need to update and confirm your information once per year, or after any changes to the forms or your information. For the future, you may also review and update your information anytime you need to do so!
For all of our families where we have your email address on file, you will soon receive an email from the Final Forms asking you to confirm your contact details and then update your 2020-2021 paperwork. After you have checked your records, you will be given the opportunity to electronically update the forms that we normally would send home from school. For families where we do not have your information or if you did not receive an email from Final Forms by Aug 3, 2020, please complete the Final Forms registration found here.
