Ravenna School District Enrollment Process

Students Kindergarten through high school may be registered through FINAL FORMS or by appointment at our Central Registration office.

The following items are needed to fully register your child:

  1. The following Registration Requirements are needed to fully register your child:
    1. Proof of Residency (The residency documents must be in the name of the parent/guardian) Please provide BOTH
      Your rental or purchase agreement or mortgage statement
      AND
      Your most recent utility bill (gas or electric)
      (We CANNOT accept driver’s license, check, credit cards or regular mail for proof of residency)
    2. Your child’s Birth Certificate/Birth Record
    3. Your child’s Immunization Record
    4. Complete Custody Papers (if applicable)
      1. Must have court stamp
      2. Must state the residential parent
      3. Must have signature page
